Supporting chocolatiers during busy Holiday production. Tasks include loading chocolates onto the enrobing machine, helping with chocolate bar production, hand-cutting praline bars, hand-dipping orange slices into chocolate, project cleanup and dishwashing, and general cleaning/mopping. Skills required: experience working in a professional kitchen or food business, upper body strength for moving heavy trays/frames, able to lift up to 50lbs, comfortable working on your feet and moving all day, able to focus for extended periods, takes pride in excellent work, self motivated.
