Our true to tea concentrate is brewed in-house weekly for unmatched freshness. It starts with organic Guangxi black tea slowly simmered with cinnamon bark, Peruvian ginger root, cardamom seed, malabar peppercorns, and clove bud. The blend is steeped until a full-bodied concentrate is formed, to which a modest measure of cane sugar is added—this lightly caramelizes and melts into the brew, tempering its bite. Perfectly blended with your choice of microfoam steamed milk/mlyk (plant based).
Organic Tea. Notes — pollen | granny smith | lush. BOUQUET is a tisane blend of whole chamomile flower, black mitcham peppermint, and organic lemongrass stalk. Each summer we source a fresh lot of organic chamomile from Egypt's Nile Delta. We intentionally select German over Roman chamomile; its thick honey and tangy green apple qualities play best with the mint's sweetness and complex citrus of the lemongrass.
Organic Black Tea. notes — milk chocolate | tobacco | bold GAO WEN is our flagship black tea from central Yunnan province, China. A dianhong ("Yunnan red") production from da ye ("big leaf") cultivar bushes, this lot is distinguished by a unique processing step atypical of most dianhong production: several rounds of high-heat machine roasting to finish.
